I've enjoyed the quiet clean rooms and everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers have been extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is a nice bonus especially when they have the coffee cakes and honey buns!
I am a truck driver so usually parking is a bit of an issue for my truck. The staff accommodated me and offered me multiple options about parking and the rates were reasonable. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the sheets were clean. I will certainly stay there again when I'm back in town.
The receptionist in the day time was great and patient. Very polite. I checked my room out and smelled a very strong perfume smell so i figired it was from housekeeping perfume or spmething. I came back later and the smell started to wear off and it smelled very molded like... The carpet was cleaned and didn't have time to air out or something. I opened the room window and boom the smell went away. Just needed some ventilation. Over all my room was very clean, bathroom clean, clean sheets. Awesome for the price. Only four stars because they should let it air out sometimes.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the bed was super comfy. Plus they had a free breakfast period and the price was more reasonable than the Red Roof across the street. I received great customer service from the guy at the desk also I'm definitely going to recommend this hotel above those that are in the area
Katy, Jim & Sue what legends! After a 4 hour hike up Mount Snowdon, we decided to take an hour drive to Chester and chill out for the night. Upon arrival we were greeted by Katy & Jim super friendly staff and were happy to help & get us checked despite looking like 3 drowned rats. There was a slight issue with the shower in the first room, so they moved us to a new room which was no trouble at all. The hotel has now undergone renovation and looks great! Only downside is location but despite being close to a motorway its surprisingly peaceful in the hotel room at night. Would highly recommend :)
It’s an excellent budget motel on our way south of I-95. Affordable price, clean and safe. What else would I ask? Maybe because the renovation is not done yet, the bathroom condition could be improved. Overall it exceeded my expectations. I wish it has more business and getting better - especially during this Covid-19 pandemic.
It was reasonably priced, the location was a bit hectic, but well placed by the highway; provided breakfast and had a policy that even if you have the "do not disturb"sign on for more than 2 days they come in to clean anyways, some might not like this, but I saw it as them keeping up their standard. No hair dryer, but didn't care much about that, surved it's purpose as being a place to sleep, but not too nice to make getting home a disappointment, which again I view as a positive for its price! :)
I was surprised … rooms were a lot better than I thought it would be… I am mad at my self for not going there earlier … decent price.. clean room…nice view of Chester thru windows … plenty of food around and can be on interstate 95 in less than one minute… I will return there… well worth the money .
